- As a member of our team you will be responsible for translating complex problems into an inspiring and valuable user experience
- You will support the implementation of features from the initial idea, strategic concept until the final design keeping UI and design patterns in mind as well as adjusting them according to upcoming needs
- You will work and collaborate in a multidisciplinary product team which approaches problems from an empathetic human-centred perspective
- You will create rapid/ interactive prototypes, generating user journeys, navigation flows, wireframes and visuals
- You will conduct tests and turn user research into insights as well as comprise extensive analysis of user feedback, web and data analytics, definition and implementation of usability testing

Your profile
- University degree with a major in Graphic Design, Information/Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, or equivalent
- Several years’ experience working with user experience design, human-centred design and design sprints
- Excellent use of prototyping and design tools
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Team and result-oriented working morale
- Capability to take initiative and assume responsibility for your work
- Have experience working with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Be fluent in English, a good command of German would be a great advantage
